2. Payment Policy
- All payments are securely processed through Razorpay.
- You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information for all transactions.
- We do not store your card or banking information on our servers.
3.Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Timelines
- Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days within India.
- Remote locations may require up to 10 business days.
Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on location and package weight.
- If a return is due to a wrong or defective item sent by us, we will bear the shipping charges.
- If the return is for any other reason, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Delays

4. Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Products
The following categories are non-returnable, unless received damaged or defective:
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Perishable items (e.g., food)
- Innerwear and undergarments
- Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

- Click on Request Return and submit a reason (with clear photos, if applicable)

5. Order Cancellation
